I earned a Master of Arts Degree in Psychology from Antioch University in Seattle, specializing in marriage and family therapy. I participate in ongoing training on topics that are of interest to me and that will help me help you.
I have over 7 years of experience supporting clients with Depression, Attachment Issues, Mood Instability, Anxiety, Internalized Oppression, Self Image/Self Esteem, Stress Management, Parenting and Family Concerns, Trauma, and Couples Counseling.

At Sound Mental Health, I provided clinical services to children and parents in the community such as diagnostic evaluations, case evaluations, and crisis intervention and, in addition, focused mental health support services to clients and their families and case management services.
The Healing Center

At the Healing Center, I provided support to individuals and families to help them process the grief and loss of loved ones. In particular, parents and individuals who have died outside of the typical stages of life.
Renton Area Youth Service

At RAYS, I provided ongoing treatment to children who have been abused, experienced the suicide of a loved one or other trauma. I helped youth clients find hope and stability in the face of emotional conflict, substance abuse,
and poverty.

At Camp Erin, I provided physical and emotional support as a “Big Buddy” for kids and teens who were grieving the death of a loved one. Camp Erin is a weekend long overnight camp designed to help create community and bonding between kids who are working through their own experiences of grief.
